REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
For Engineering and Architectural Services
(FEMA Safe Room)
Objective
The Avilla R-XIII School District is requesting proposals for the services of an Engineering and Architectural Team for pre-design, project management, and construction administration services for the construction of a FEMA 361 Safe Room on the school’s campus. The estimated project cost is around $600,000.

Timeline and Submission
Proposals are to be received by the District office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012. Two (2) proposals are to be submitted to the Central Office in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “RFQ Engineering and Architectural FEMA Safe Room” and addressed to:
