Mrs. Maldonado

Mrs. Maldonado was born in Memphis, TN. She grew up and attended school and college in Memphis and then moved to Colorado for 11 years later in life. She teaches K-8th Special Ed as her focus, but the core subjects involve reading, writing, and math. She taught 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade before coming to Avilla. This is her 5th year of teaching.
She has a few favorite colors, because she loves color. She likes purple, red, and green. Her favorite food is grapefruit, watermelon, and assorted pop-sicles in the summer time, Colorado green chili with flour tortillas in the winter time and cheese pizza anytime. She loves grilled chicken with jerk seasonings. Her favorite hobby is attending my children’s activities.
