1. Local phone line service- at least 5 lines
2. Long distance phone service- at least 5 lines
3. Business voice mail- voice mail for all lines entering building that goes to 1 box
4. E-Mail Service- provided for staff with at least 30 accounts
5. Web hosting- Provide web page service and technical support for at least 1 district site
6. Discovery Educational Streaming- Site usage for at least 40 work stations in the building
7. Web based Accelerated Reading- assessment and reports for @ least 200 individuals
8. Satellite delivery for educational learning into building.-provide satellite, receiver,DVR,and Programming package into one school library
9.Domain name service with fire wall and remote access- provide domain service with fire wall and remote access for at least 50 work stations.
10. Web hosting parent and student informational system- one school wide system for parents to check student grades and teacher comments
11. Web hosting student on-line assessment management and services- provide on-line monthly academic assessments reports for at least 200 students with at at least30 staff member access scores and reports.
12. Basic maintenance and technical support of internal connections- provided for at least 1 server and 50 work stations with remote access capabilities.
