Highlights
Thanks to everyone who helped or provided items for the Valentine party. It was really fun! We hope you all enjoyed the long weekend with your children. This is the last week for math facts testing. Students can still win small prizes for making their goals. No Spelling list this week. Dental Screening sheets and Family Times went home with Tuesday papers.

Students are low on pencils, paper, and colored pencils; please check with your child to see what he or she needs.
Please keep sending in Best Choice Labels, Campbell’s labels, and Box Tops for Education.
More News
• Reading: We will be reading the story The Man Who Named the Clouds pages 322-335. Have your child read this to you before Wednesday 2-22. Test on Friday.
• Language: Students have written essays about their favorite lunch. They will be posted in the hall. This week we will learn about narrative poems.
• Social Studies: Students are learning about the first peoples of Missouri.
• Math: Students need to keep practicing those multiplication facts! Ask your child about multiplying two digit numbers and dividing.
